Pixie Kitchen LTD Catering Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:1.1 To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required. 1.2 Full payment is due at least 14 days prior to the event date. 1.3 Payments can be made via bank transfer.

2. Cancellation Policy:2.1 Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will incur the loss of the deposit. 2.2 Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the event will result in a charge of 50% of the total estimated cost. 2.3 Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event will result in full payment being required.

3. Menu Selection:3.1 Menu selections must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event. 3.2 Any dietary requirements or special requests must be communicated to Pixie Kitchen LTD at the time of booking.

4. Changes to Booking:4.1 Any changes to the booking must be communicated to Pixie Kitchen LTD at least 7 days prior to the event. 4.2 Pixie Kitchen LTD reserves the right to charge additional fees for any changes made after this time.

5. Liability:5.1 Pixie Kitchen LTD will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the provision of catering services unless directly caused by negligence. 5.2 Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue information, including access, facilities, and any relevant health and safety regulations. 5.3 Clients are responsible for the care of all serving wear; damages will incur a charge.

6. Force Majeure:6.1 Pixie Kitchen LTD will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

7. Governing Law:7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 7.2 Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
