Yes! An initial inquiry does not commit you to a certain date. 

If you change the date after paying your deposit unfortunately this cannot be refunded. However, we are happy to discuss your needs at length before placing a deposit.

Our food is buffet/self-service/party style therefore we do not provide waiting staff. If you would like servers for your event we can help to arrange this for an additional fee.

We offer wedding catering up to 80 guests. Please contact us for more information.

We will always cater to your tastes, preferences and dietary requirements. However, for severe allergies - While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur. Food is prepared in a domestic kitchen and the following allergens may be present: dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Please contact us to further discuss your needs.

After we have discussed the details of your event, you will be sent a bespoke menu and quote. This is your opportunity to discuss any changes to the menu. Substitutions may alter the initial quote. 

Each client is entitled to make as many changes as they like to their initial menu. We encourage our clients to communicate all their needs with us and will offer plenty of advice. You will then receive a revised menu and quote. After this time, any significant changes will result in a £25.00 charge for a new menu. 

We are as flexible as possible - if there is an unexpected change (for example, the need to add a vegetarian dish) we will always try to accommodate without the additional charge.

Changes cannot be made two weeks out from the event. 

Our team will clear down after the event. We recommend clear down takes place the follow morning but it can be arranged for the same evening. Contact us for more information.

We get a lot of compliments on our wooden boards! The cost of hire is included, however if you would like to purchase a board the cost can be added to your invoice (starting from £15.00)

We have a lot of experience catering for a variety of party sizes - we usually get it just right! However, if there is still food remaining at the time of clear up we can either place this into disposable containers for you to take home, or dispose of it.
